Pragati has led over 300 workshops, online and in person, reaching more than 1,000 students across India, the U.S., Canada, and Dubai. She has collaborated with leading art suppliers in Mumbai and Chennai, delivered a two-month corporate program for Simeio Solutions in the U.S., and partnered with Tanishq (TATA). She has also led workshops in support of community causes and COVID-19 relief efforts.

In 2021–22, Pragati served as the Winsor & Newton Brand Educator. She left her consulting career in 2018 to teach art full-time in India, and moved to New York City in 2023 to pursue an MFA in Painting at the New York Academy of Art. She now lives and works in NYC as an interdisciplinary conceptual artist, with a practice spanning painting, sculpture, video, and installation, often rooted in workshops, community engagement, and research-based work.
